1. What does pre-order(ing) mean?

This hoodie is a brand new design which is scheduled to be released/ available in ca. 4-5 weeks.
When ordering this hoodie, you agree to purchase this hoodie NOW and understand that we will NOT be able to send you this hoodie right away, but at a later time when it is in stock. (in ca 4-5 weeks)

2. Why should I pre-order?

- Our pre-order products are always priced at a lower price level than the actual prize.
- With every new design, we firstly only produce a limited quantity, there are only about 8-10 pcs per size available.
Pre-ordering will therefore give you the chance to reserve your own hoodie (size) before it runs out of stock.

3. What if I order multiple items?

DOMESTIC customers (USA): We will ship your order content, excluding the hoodie in advanced. You will then receive the hoodie later when it is available. You will only need to pay shipping once.

INTERNATIONAL customers (outside USA): Unfortunately, because of the high shipping cost to international countries, we will not be able to devide your order into two shipments. We will ship your whole order once the hoodies are available (in ca. 4-5 weeks).

4. When will I receive my pre-order item?
Your pre-order item will be shipped at around the estimated time of arrival date.
Please consider that possible, unforeseeable delay can occur of which we would notify you.
